Jack Frost, President

 
Jack Frost served as both an internal and external consultant for more than 40 years in military, corporate and non-profit organizations, successfully finding ways to improve organization and individual performances while saving clients hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Then in 2002, he took that knowledge and launched Firm Foundations, an executive coaching and consultancy group whose aim was to economically offer these planning and improvement methodologies to support small and medium-sized companies.  In 2013 he turned his marketing focus towards leaders of companies, not for profits, churches and individuals seeking to integrate their Christian faith with their work lives.

Mr. Frost is a workshop facilitator and frequent speaker on strategic planning, leadership development and quality improvement at local and regional industry conferences.

He earned a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA in Organization Development from Seton Hall University. He is associated with the international personal and organizational development firm Resource Associates Corporation and an ISO 9001 quality management system auditor.

Mr. Frost serves as an Adjunct Professor at Pillar College (formerly Somerset Christian College) teaching Principles of Leadership, Administrative Leadership, Marketing & Sales, Entrepreneurship & Small Business, and Organizational Development.  He serves on the Board of Directors of Freedom Ministries and ACTheals, an organization of Christian healthcare providers, is the Group Leader for the north Jersey chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Companies International (www.fcci.org).
